Indonesian Flight Tickecting

This morning I got a phone call from Mr. Peter. He ask me about the information he got from Jakarta that he should be at the airport at 9 o’clock because they change his flight. And then I check to the guy that I ask to booked the flight for 15.30 this afternoon. And he told me to check to another guy… again.
This guy said that he already change Mr. Peter’s flight from Merpati 13.50 to Express Air 09.30.
The only thing that I did not understand, why did he not ask me that he will change the flight? Or at least tell me yesterday that the flight changed, and NOT ONE AND A HALF HOUR before the flight will departure from the airport! The thing is that I already send the request to book the flight from last Monday, and they should be having the time to ask me about changing the schedule or informed me that they’ve changed the schedule. And of course, they don’t have the 15.30 flight, so why did the travel agent said about that schedule?

I check all the guys that I trust to booked the flight, and NO ONE want to take the responsibility to said that he was wrong not to tell me before today about it.

And I call many people to find if I could have any flight today for him, because he got to be in Jakarta this evening due to the air ticket that he already have for tomorrow morning to go back to his country. But I didn’t get the answer that I want to hear, so then I go by my self to the airport to see if I could have the chance to get one.
Talk and ask to the guy at the airport that could get some ticket from “back-door”, but then he couldn’t give me any help. So, after went back to the office and talk to Mr. Peter, he has the idea to go to the airport and see if there is any people who want to sell his ticket for a “good” price, and so we go.

At the airport me and 2 permit man tried to find a chance.. And talk to a guy from the airlines, he ask us how much we could pay for the ticket.. I ask back, how much that he wants, and he tell me a price.. So then, we were agreed for a price that almost 50% higher than the real price. After waiting for another 15 minutes, he comes with the ticket.
We all were relive that we had the ticket for this nice old guy from Australia.

Well… what I don’t understand was, they said that all seat has already full, but why are they still have a seat after talking about the price?
I don’t know, but… I think that is the Indonesian Flight Ticketing system, who has the money get the seat.
