Ahh…. a very good day.. But sometime we feel so sleepy even in a good or even great day.. and I think we all know the best thing to do.
We (at least me), don’t care too much ’bout time, weather or place. Coffee is always great to consume at any circumstances. Well, just like tea… but tea is not the thing I want to talk about now.

Everyone have their own favorite coffee (of course). From the “real” coffee to the “fake” one. hei… I didn’t mean to say that there are “fake coffee” from “fake coffee bean”. For me, coffee (the real one) is black… no sugar are better, or at least a small amount of sugar. But the other “fake” one are still coffee. So, the “real” one i say is only for the coffee i like… black, no sugar.

Here, some choices of coffee…

Espresso

This is a classic coffee with a very hard and bitter taste, but for a true coffee drinker (if not a coffee-holic) espresso is the best for them. Espresso is the basic ingredient to make other coffee, such as cappuccinos and Latte. And finally it served in a small cup of coffee (demitasse).

Turkish coffee

Turkish coffee is a Coffee spice with cardamom. The taste is sweet with a strong spices aroma. This coffee will matches with baklava.
(hmmm… what is baklava anyway?)

So, the choice is yours to made. Whether you like the strong Espresso, or alcoholic Irish one, to the light of Latte… every coffee are delicious!

Or.. you might like the other one..

Kopi Tubruk

This is an Indonesian name for black coffee. Kopi means “coffee” and tubruk means “collision” or “hit”. So, it means that we just add coffee powder into a glass or cup and tubruk (hit) it with hot water, and the coffee will have collision with the water. And the last thing is that we may add sugar as much as we like, or even sweetened milk.

Don’t think too much about the powder which will floating, because it is the real favor of this coffee… just be very careful, don’t eat too much coffee…

So… let us raise our coffee cup and enjoy it!
