Another sad news.

Bismillahirahmanirahim,

This is for the many people who knew Ferdinna Puspalita (mper/puspa) and were saddened by her recent death due to Dengue fever (demam berdarah) on 21st February 2009 age 29 during her seven and a half month of pregnancy.

On the 1st March, I came to Ferdinna house where is near to her funeral at Cihanjuang Street, in Cimahi-West Java.
I took with me some of friends from Junior High school, and many tributes from those who were know Ferdinna and passed on the message regarding sadness es for her death to Ferdinna’s husband name Novan Mukti Raharja.

It was then a story tell by Novan.
By this I would like to share story from Novan and Ferdinna’s mother inlaw to all you;

Ferdinna was not feeling well at her works on Friday, 13th February. She got already fever since early morning. She awaits her husband which works in Jakarta to see the doctor. Novan was came very late at Night to Bandung. Later then both came to the Hermina
Mother and Children hospital. The Doctor in his diagnose was not suspected that is a dengue fever, however Ferdinna has to be hospitalized.

The thing seems to be okay on Sunday, 15th February. Ferdinna back home on that day.

While at home, the high fever back attacked again at Night. This time Novan took Ferdinna to a General Hospital.
Immediately the doctor clarify the fever was a dengue fever, and Ferdina within the baby inside was take to a serious stage of medication.
It was a diplomatic problem that the doctor was not give a strongest medication at the time due to the baby issue.. family worries.. etc.

After day by day, finally it took down the fever symptoms…
Unfortunate the effect of this virus was develop into a more serious complex illness. There are complications in Ferdinna lungs and the blood vessels to become leaky…
resulting a serious operation “must do” to save ‘Ferdinna’ or ‘the baby’… none of them was a good option.

At final difficult decision by Novan is the only to save Ferdinna.
“The unborn baby” was death on Friday night 20th February.
Following day, Saturday 21st February @ 20.00, Ferdinna release her suffering - on her beautiful sleep and leave her be loving husband Novan for forever.

The Funeral held on Sunday, 22nd February.

That’s all the story I can tell.

In the end Novan expressed many thanks for all the support to all those Ferdinna friends.
It comforts Ferdinna’s family to know so many people that loved Ferdinna.

I am so sorry that I have had advise you by sent you this message, but I felt this is the things that I can do to respect and remember the moments of our beloved friend “Ferdinna Puspalita”.

Meski berita ku terima sangat terlambat, setidaknya bisa aku posting di sini. Untuk seorang teman dan sahabat. Kehilangan seorang teman atau sahabat tak pernah terasa mudah. Namun, yang mereka butuhkan saat ini adalah doa dan keikhlasan.
Semoga almarhum diterima di tempat terbaik.
Semoga yang ditinggalkan (suami, orang tua, kakak, dan segenap saudara dan teman-teman serta sahabat) diberi kesabaran dan ketabahan.
